How do I search for artworks, artists, or auctions?
To search for a specific artist, artwork, gallery, or auction, enter your terms in the search box located at the top of the site and click the magnifying glass icon. 
To explore all available artworks, click on Artwork in the category bar. On the artwork you will be given the option to sort and filter results by price, medium, size, etc.
To view all artists, or Galleries click on artists or gallery in the category bar. 
Likewise, clicking on auction will enable you to browse all of opened auction,
I forgot my Artiaplace password. How can I log in?
To reset your Artiaplace password, click the “Register to buy in” or “Register to Sell on” in the site header and then click “Forgot Your Password.” You will be prompted to enter your email address; after doing so, You will be sent a temporary password via email, which you can use to sign in to the site. You can then visit My Artiaplace page.
How do I know if an item is available?
All items are available for sale

Do I need to set up an account in order to make a purchase?
Yes, in order to make a purchase you are required to set up an Artiaplace account with an email address and password. Through your Artiaplace account, you will be able to easily track the status of your order.

How do I make a purchase?

Artiaplace is a fully transactional ecommerce platform. All items on the site are for sale and available to purchase directly through the site. To make a purchase, visit the detail page for the item you wish to buy and click “Add to Cart.” You can access Your Cart at any time by clicking the Cart page link, which is located in the site header.
You can continue the process by selecting your preferred payment method .
What payment methods does Artiaplace accept?

Artiaplace’s online checkout system accepts credit cards including, wire transfer, Visa, Mastercard, as well as PayPal.
How do I purchase a gift card?

You can purchase an Artiaplace gift card by clicking the Gift Card link located in the site header. Enter the gift card amount you wish to purchase as well as the recipient’s information and click “Add to Cart” to proceed to checkout. 
What are your return and cancellation policies?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase of an Artiaplace, you may return it within 30 days of receipt and receive a free replacement or a full refund for the price of the product. Shipping charges will not be refunded, and return shipment costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If you do decide to return your Artiaplace, please follow these instructions:
1. Email with your order number and specific reason for the return.
2. Artiaplace will get back to you with a return invoice, and instructions:
3. Pack the artwork back in the original tube or box with the Return Authorization form as well as all of the packaging materials and certificate of authenticity that was included in the package. 
No return will be accepted without the proper paperwork and the works need to be returned in perfect condition in their original packaging to qualify for returns.
Artworks from our Partners:
We are unable to accept returns on those artworks of art purchased from one of our partner galleries or cultural institutions. These works are all final sale items, and not available for return. 
In the unfortunate event that your order arrives in less than satisfactory condition, simply take one digital photo of the item and one of the shipping container it arrived in, then attach the photos to an email and send to We will contact you, on how to proceed with your order.

How is tax calculated on my purchase?

All shipping costs and applicable taxes and duties will be added to your order upon checkout. 
These fees are dependent on your shipping address. 
For a shipping address outside of the EU, duties and taxes will be charged in adherence to the country’s current rates. 
Can I view the artwork in person prior to purchase?
Our inventory is housed all over the world, so we are unable to accommodate viewing sessions prior to purchase. Please use our “Zoom” for a more detailed look at an artwork, You can download our app in the app store or google play
How are shipping costs determined?
Shipping costs are determined based on the price, dimensions, and weight of the item purchased, as well as by the item’s origin and the shipping destination. Shipping costs include all packaging, handling, and insurance fees. When will my order ship and be delivered?

Do you offer expedited or same day delivery?
We are unable to offer rush delivery at this time.
How is shipping insurance calculated?
As a seller you can also add your own insurance, and insurance is automatically included in shipping fees.
Can I combine multiple items into one shipment to lower shipping costs?
Multiple items shipping from different locations and artists cannot be combined.
