Which may include reviews, comments, image uploading, captions, participating in forums, curating or creating art collections and other such features that allow you to add content to the site. You understand that once you post User Content, your content becomes public. We are not responsible for keeping any User Content confidential so if you do not want anyone to read or see that content, do not submit or post it to the Site.

Artiaplace may, but is not obligated to provide intermediary services between the buyer and sellers using Artiaplace Auctions. Artiaplace reserves the right in its sole discretion and at any time including during an auction to refuse or revoke permission for sellers to offer goods or for buyers to submit bids.

In the course of your use of the Site, you may be asked to provide certain information to us. Our use of any information you provide via the Site shall be governed by our Privacy Policy available at Artiaplace site. We urge you to read our Privacy Policy.
